Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Our free mainland UK delivery service is kerbside only and takes 3-5 days for arrival. The following postcodes are excluded from our delivery service: BT, PA, DD, Ireland, PH, IV, AB and KW. For more details, please call on the contact details below. Pallets will not be removed on pallet deliveries.

Deliveries will be delayed over the Christmas period – Last orders are 22nd December 2023 and we open again on the 2nd January 2024.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us at the contact details below and we’ll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. You can find details of how to do this and any other useful information you may need here.
